What's in this bar
The front, the soffit, and the column are all one design, in the same stain.
- Raised panels across the front, one per bay.
- Fluted pilasters where the front turns the corner.
- An angled end section where the bar turns.
- A paneled soffit over the wall cabinets, with lights set into it.
- A square wrapped column with a base and a cap, in the same stain as the bar.
What to send us for a bar
- A photo of the space from where you would walk in.
- The length of the wall and the ceiling height, plus any soffits or ducts.
- Where the plumbing is, if you want a sink.
- Stained or painted, if you already know.
Basement bars questions
Stained or painted?
This bar is stained, which shows the grain, so every piece you can see has to be real wood or veneer that takes stain evenly. Paint hides the grain, so painted work can use MDF for the flat panels.
Can the column match the bar?
The column on this page does: a square wrap with a base and a cap, in the same stain as the bar.
