The name
Why it's called Origjin
Jozef owns Origjin Carpentry, and he reads every quote request that comes in.
His father, Sander, has done custom carpentry for more than 25 years, and he's passing the trade on to Jozef.
Origjin is Albanian for origin. The work starts with Sander, and it keeps going with Jozef.

What they build
- Custom built-ins: Bookcases, media walls, and mudroom benches, built in the room they're going in.
- Wall paneling and picture-frame molding: Frames set one inside another, with the layout drawn right on the wall in pencil.
- Fireplace mantels: Surround, plinths, and a shelf with crown, built around the tile that's there.
- Stairs and railings: Treads, box newels, handrail, and iron balusters, from the first step to the loft.
- Trim, crown, and arched casing: Crown, casing, and curved trim over tall arched windows.
